Promoter Ninja helps you gather customers' feedback and track your NPS, Net Promoter Score, in the easiest manner. 

You can collect feedback via e-mail and SMS, manually or through our API. The easiest way to start is sending a few e-mails manually to see your customers' first reactions. 

If you have never asked your customers' opinion, maybe you could start selecting a sample. i.e. customers that have bought my products / used my services in the last month. 

They will receive an e-mail or SMS with a simple question "How likely are you to recommend [brand] to a friend?". Your customers will provide their answer on a scale of 0 – 10:

  • Promoters: 9 – 10
  • Passives: 7 – 8
  • Detractors: 0 – 6

And Promoter Ninja will calculate your NPS based on their answers. We will provide a graph with historical data based on all the answers collected.
